Depending on the model, we use the traditional wool filling or a latex molded pillow to fill the saddles.
The use of synthetic wool does not absorb moisture (e.g. water, sweat, etc.) into the saddle and prevents the saddle filling from becoming matted and knotted. Saddles with wool filling can be padded or re-padded afterwards.
Latex molded cushions are molded cushions made of foam that keep returning to their original shape. The pillows are extremely soft and flexible and offer maximum comfort for riders and horses.
We only get our vegetable-tanned cowhide from Europe (mainly Germany, Italy and England). Due to its special refurbishment, it is extremely hard-wearing and withstands the stresses of equestrian sports and remains in top shape.
