Right of Withdrawal
You can revoke your contract declaration within 14 days without providing any reasons in writing (e.g. letter, fax, email) or, if the goods are handed over to you before the deadline, by returning the goods. The period begins upon receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before the goods have been received by the customer (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before the receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before we have fulfilled our information obligations in accordance with Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraphs 1 and 2 EGBGB, as well as our obligations under § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the goods in a timely manner. The withdrawal should be addressed to:

Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of an effective withdrawal, both parties must return the services received and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) must be returned. If you cannot return the received service and benefits (e.g. usage advantages) in full or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the value. You only need to compensate us for the deterioration of the item and for any derived benefits to the extent that the benefits or deterioration can be attributed to handling the item that goes beyond the examination of its properties and functionality. "Examination of properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods as it is possible and customary in a retail store. Items that can be shipped in a package are to be returned at our risk. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods if the delivered goods correspond to what was ordered. Items that cannot be shipped in a package will be collected from you. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you upon sending your declaration of withdrawal or the goods, and for us upon receipt of the declaration or the goods.
